Kramer Enterprises is servicing our trash and recycle pick up for a multi family building in northwest DC, with trash twice a week and recycle once a week. This is truly a top notch operation. From the very first interaction I had with the company it has totally been awesome. Everyone is very professional. I get an email minutes after every pick up, that would mean two emails per week for trash and another one for recycle. Previously I had to run after the trash company on a weekly basis and tell them they missed another pickup and try to schedule a re-pickup, they had no idea, a total hit or miss operation. It was a torturous interaction and a significant waste of time and a lot of stress. With Kramer Enterprises, after signing my agreement and receiving the brand new bins, I have had no need to interact with anyone as the entire operation has been nothing but smooth. Wow. I had to help out a friend and called them within 24 hours. I needed help to take out everything from a friend’s row house. They packaged everything in bags and separated for donation versus trash including furniture clothes etc. they were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently and were so kind and caring .
